On this trip was like none of my other here. I was hospitalized for almost two weeks. I stayed 4 days here and left my room maybe twice. I walk wish a cane normally but this trip I was hardly walking at all. I let staff know my problem and reason for staying this trip was to be safe and feel safe. Not only did they put me on ground floor but my ride and meals could pull right up to my door. They gave me a little brake on a couple nights cost as well. They didn't bug me but if seen me at door or sitting out side the staff always smiled and asked if I needed anything. Being alone and weak and having spent so much time off my feet that made me a customer from now on. If I had the money or could of for seen my illness I would stay here till my new living requirements were ready...

When I brought my dog Mona she really liked they had a great big huge yard next to the pool and she would just run and play in that yard it was so nice and they were really kind in there very accommodating I really enjoyed my stay there so I tried to go back every time I can

Conveniently located, well maintained, pleasant staff, lots of parking, restaurants and groceries nearby, large and well laid out rooms, mini-kitchen, compartmented bathroom, great shower. Well priced. Rooms have interior entries from hallway for security for those to whom this is important. Very well lit rooms.

Very large rooms and spacious, kitchen part of the suite was big as well and well equipped. Beds were neat and area was nice and cool, beds were comfy

The pool, friendly staff, cost was reasonable for a week stay, rooms were clean and homey...no bugs and clean towels every day... heard bad reviews but place was good,

The beds were exceedingly comfortable. There was plenty of room for everything and we were on the ground floor so we could watch our car and didn't have to wrestle our bags upstairs.

Organized. Great room with all the amenities that are important to us! Very clean. Helpful staff. We heard no one come or go.

The woman working the night of the 13th, Kody i think her name was, went above and beyond to help me. I'd stay again in a heartbeat if i knew she'd be working.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was a bit tired and needed a remodel, which the front desk staff informed me was going to happen in the next week or so. The room met or exceeded expectations as Spokane was very busy during my stay. The staff was awesome, and I would stay there again. I did not need fancy or extravagant, I needed clean, quiet, comfortable without breaking the bank. They met or exceeded this expectation.
